Procedure Overview
Micro-TESE (Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction) is an advanced technique that uses a high-magnification operating microscope to identify and retrieve sperm-producing areas within the testicle, offering the best chance of finding sperm in men with non-obstructive azoospermia.
By precisely targeting the areas most likely to contain sperm, Micro-TESE removes less tissue than older, blind extraction techniques while achieving higher success rates.
